Terms of Service

About These Terms
Welcome to The Brand Amplifier. We're based right here in Great Yarmouth and our job is to help UK businesses get real results from working with bloggers and influencers. These Terms of Service explain how we work together when you use our services. By hiring us for a consultation or project, you're agreeing to these rules. We've tried to keep them simple and clear. If anything here isn't quite clear, please just ask. We're here to help, not to complicate things.
What We Do for You
We provide practical consulting and hands-on support for influencer marketing. This means we'll help you sort out a plan, find the right people to work with, and set up ways to track your results. Our goal is always clear, measurable outcomes for your business, just like we say on our website. We stick to what's agreed in our project proposals or the summary from your consultation session.
Your Responsibilities
For us to do our best work, we need your help too. You agree to give us accurate information about your business, your products, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll also need you to approve plans, content ideas, or strategies in a timely way when we send them over. This keeps everything moving smoothly. If we need something specific from you to keep a project going, we'll let you know.
Payments and Fees
Our fees are agreed upfront. This could be for a one-off service like our Starter Consultation (£195, plus VAT if applicable), or a custom quote for larger, ongoing projects. We'll send you invoices for our work, and we expect these to be paid promptly. The specific payment due dates will always be clearly shown on your invoice. If payments are delayed, we might have to pause work until things are sorted. We're fair, but we also have to cover our costs here at 15 Broad Row.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or project, please tell us as soon as possible. For our Starter Consultation, if you cancel within 24 hours of the agreed time, we might not be able to offer a full refund, as that slot was set aside for you. For bigger projects, any cancellation terms will be detailed in your specific project agreement. We'll always try to be reasonable and find a solution that works for everyone, but once work has started, fees may apply for time already spent.
Keeping Things Private
We understand your business information is private. We promise to keep all your sensitive business details confidential. We won't share your trade secrets, client lists, or specific marketing strategies with anyone outside our team, unless you give us direct permission or if the law absolutely requires us to. We expect the same level of respect from you regarding our methods and advice.
Intellectual Property
You own your company's name, brand, products, and any existing marketing materials. We own the general methods, tools, and foundational advice we use to provide our services. Any specific content, like drafted campaign plans or strategy documents, that we create for you as part of an agreed and paid-for project will usually become your property once the final invoice for that work is settled. We'll make this clear in your project agreement.
Our Responsibility (And Its Limits)
We always do our very best to give you sound advice and help you work towards your goals. However, we can't guarantee specific outcomes, sales numbers, or how every single influencer campaign will perform. Marketing always has some variables involved, and we can only control our part of the process. We are not responsible for things outside our direct control, like sudden changes on social media platforms or actions taken by third-party bloggers after our direct involvement ends. We're here to guide you, not to promise things we can't deliver.
Governing Law
These terms, and your agreement with us, are covered by the laws of England and Wales. If there's ever a disagreement that we can't sort out with a friendly chat, any legal issues would be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
Updates to These Terms
We might need to update these terms now and then to keep them current with how we operate or any new legal requirements. If we make changes, we'll post the updated version right here on this page and change the 'Updated' date at the top. So, it's a good idea to check back occasionally to see if anything's new.
